In this video we explored a bit into the typical breads of Switzerland. Coming from Jamaica this was a point of shock for me. I stepped inside the bakery to so many different types of breads I did not know where or what to choose. This is not a bad thing, I was just pleasantly surprised. I have become a fan of many of the breads in Switzerland. When I travel outside Switzerland to the UK or Jamaica, I am always missing Swiss breads, especially breads containing rye flour or the speciality breads with seeds, grains and nuts. I will be doing a course or maybe watch some YouTube videos on how to make my own breads. I hope you enjoy the content.
