Breakfast for Dinner? Count us in! 🙌🏻

Done in under 30 minutes this cornflakes crusted, chocolate stuffed French toast is the perfect thing to make this weekend! Crispy, Crunchy, with a delightful custardy middle. 🙌🏻

to make//

•6 slices bread of choice (we used brioche but you can go for any variety you prefer)
•3 large eggs
•½ cup whole milk
•1 teaspoon quality vanilla extract
•3 tbsp sweetener (we used coconut sugar but regular or brown sugar works too)
•¼ teaspoon salt
•¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
•2 cups cornflakes
•4 tablespoons butter (for cooking)
•Dark Chocolate squares

Topping ideas:
Berries
Cherries
More chocolate
Maple syrup
Yogurt
Icecream
Caramel

*If your bread is not thick enough to insert the chocolate, instead sandwich grated or melted chocolate between two breads and then coat them in the egg batter followed by the cornflakes crust.
