Net Tangible Assets Formula = Total Assets – Intangible Assets – Total Liabilities

Suppose, Company A has total assets valued at $1.6 million on its books, has total liabilities valued at $300 million and intangible assets valued at $600 million.
By using above formula we get,
= $1.6 - $600 - $300
= $700 million
