Good morning Beautiful People!
New Rules finally in Italy! We were able to drive to South Tyrol and spend some time with Sara's family. We hiked in Merano and together with Professor Dave we cooked one typical south Tyrolean dish: the spinach Spätzle (spinach dumplings with cream and ham).

Spinach Spätzle or Spatzlen ingredients:
500 g 00 flour
400 g spinach
4 eggs
salt
250 ml water
200 ml cream
100 g ham
50 g butter
pepper
