Defense attorneys claimed the man accused of killing two sheriff’s deputies in 2014 had so much meth in his system during his crime spree, that he didn’t know what he was doing. The attorneys said Luis Bracamontes’ meth dosage was eight to 20 times above any possible therapeutic levels. Prosecutors disagreed by saying Bracamontes had nothing but hatred in his heart for law enforcement when he killed the two deputies.
