How to use:
☑️ Release the adjustable lever and select the appropriate training resistance.
☑️ Make sure that the sliding weight is locked.
☑️ Grip the handles firmly.
☑️ Push your arms out until straight and return slowly at chest height.
☑️ After the last rep, slowly return the handles to the starting position.
