I am a Histologic Technician. This is a video of me cutting a piece of skin for MOHS surgery. Mohs surgery is used to treat skin cancer, where thin layers of cancer-containing tissue skin are progressively removed and examined until it is cancer-free. In this video, I cut using the frozen block technique. I have been working in this field about a year and have much to learn! I can mount, cut, and stain in 10 minutes or less!
