This guided meditation invites you to come to a regualted state within.
Very often our nervous system can become dysregulated when we go through extended period of stress, traumas or other painful experiences.
Some body symptoms are palpitations, nightmares, trembling, teeth grinding, migraines, chronic fatigue, mood swings, anxiety and overwhelm.
Within the first 2 minutes I share about the nervous system and the meditation starts thereafter.
