Caramel Bread Pudding Recipe
Serving Size: 3-4
Ingredients:
Caramel
½ Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Water
Bread Pudding
3 Pcs White Bread Slice
3/2 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Condensed Milk
2 Pcs Egg
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Add sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil while continuously stirring until golden brown then remove from heat and transfer into a glass bowl with a flat surface
Remove the crust edges from the bread and transfer the bread to a blender to shred and set aside
Take a pot and add milk, condensed milk, bring to a boil then remove from heat and let it cool
Crack open the eggs and whisk in a bowl then transfer to the pot with milk, add the shredded bread, vanilla extract and mix
Transfer the bread pudding mixture into the caramel bowl
Steam for 25-30 minutes then let it chill for 1 hour in the fridge before serving
