Structure introduction
The machine is a movable single spiral continuous dewatering machine. It consists of a frame, transmission system, feeding part, dewatering part,pressure system and an electric control part. The screw is driven by the motor through the gear reduction box.

The material will be pressed by the screw and juice will come out from screen sieve by high pressure, The slag column is blocked at the outlet blocking door at the outlet to achieve the purpose of dewatering.

The hydraulic system is driven by a motor to drive the gear oil pump to provide pressure (hydraulic oil), and the pressure is controlled by the adjustable overflow valve to control the pressure; the manual reversing valve is used to control the flow direction of the hydraulic system pressure oil to block the opening and closing of the forced door; The cylinder block pressing door is fixed to the tail support.
