Chaiwale (tea makers) in Pakistan are very different from the rest of the world! You have to see the unique style that Chaiwale have in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa!
There are two varieties of tea available. Chai (milk tea) or Kahwa (green tea). Both are sweet and boiled freshly in front of you in your own little green teapot.
In Pakistan, they generally don't use masala (spices) in their chai. They have it plain. Sometimes they'll add elichi (cardamom), but I never really tasted it when drinking.
