Ingredients :
300 grams of flour
1 egg
150 ml of warm water ( 2/3 cup )
1 tablespoon of sugar ( 12 g )
1 tsp of salt ( 5 g )
1 tsp of instant yeast ( 6 g )
40 grams of melted butter
Sesame seeds and Nigella seeds

1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 5 minutes
* Because the flours are different from each other, if the mixture is a little hard, add 2 to 3 spoons of water or milk
* If the mixture is loose, add about a tablespoon or two of flour
2. Cover the dough and let it rest for 45 minutes
3. After 45 minutes knead the dough a little and divide the dough into 15 equal parts ( each part 50 grams )
4. Shape the dough like I did
5. brush egg
6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
