Acest pilaf de orez cu carne de pui este foarte gustos.

Ingrediente folosite:
✅️ 6 copănele
✅️ 6 pulpe superioare
✅️ 500 gr de orez
✅️ 3 litri de supă de pui sau supă de legume (eu am făcut supă din delikat de legume făcut în casă, vă las link-ul cu rețeta video de delikat de legume)
✅️ 100 gr delikat făcut în casă dizolvat în 3 litri de apă clocotită.
✅️ 100 ml de ulei
✅️ 2 cepe tocate mărunt
✅️ 2 morcovi dați pe răzătoarea mică
✅️ 1 lingură de sare
✅️ 1/2 linguriță de piper
✅️ 1 legătură pătrunjel verde.
Această cantitate este suficientă pentru 6 persoane.
