Always a pleasure to share my work for teaching here on Youtube and give you all a glimpse of what an MIT class experience is like and features some of my amazing students & friends.
This is an open level class where we go over the basics of heels & Beginner-friendly. I teach a short & approachable combo that embraces femininity and focuses on story-telling. This piece was all about using your movement to tap into a more hurt and angry place.
