What you will be needing
3 9 inch cake pans lined with parchment paper sprayed or oiled
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup 100% cocoa powder unsweetened
2 cups sugar
11/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 large room temperature eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup strong hot coffee
Topping
4 large egg yolks
1 12oz can evaporated milk not condensed milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 butter
2 cups sweetened coconut
11/3 cups chopped pecans
11/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
After cakes are turned out onto cooling racks remove parchment paper place another cooling rack onto the cake hold both racks and flip cake where bottom of baked cake is side down to prevent sticking..Enjoy and please Subscribe ❗️ ❗️
