Thanks so much for watching my crazy live video. I was very excited to show you this recipe because how can we get bread out of cottage cheese. I will list down below the substitutions for the different ingredients in the hopes that you already have all the ingredients in your pantry.
SUBSTITIONS:
COTTAGE CHEESE: Full fat preferable but light or low fat will work too. Lactose or dairy free cottage cheese, Greek Yogurt or Ricotta Cheese.
PSYLLIUM HUSK POWDER: Flaxseed Meal, Ground Chia Seeds, Ground Basil Seeds (Lecithin Free), Oat Flour (Not Keto Friendly)
Serves 1 or 2:

Cal: 274 | Net Carbs: 0g | Fiber: 13g | Total Carbs: 6g | Fat: 16g | Protein: 24g
Ingredients:
100g/ 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp Cottage Cheese (preferably full fat)
93g/ 2 Eggs
12g/ 2 tbsp Phsyllium Husk Powder (add 1 tbsp extra to make buns)
4g/ 1 tsp Vinegar
4g/ 1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt (you can also add dried herbs or other seasoning)
