The thing about the algorithm that people still haven't figured out is that it is in favor of the end-user and not the creator. If somebody is constantly engaging with a specific profile and that profile posts 100 times a day, the end-user is likely to see that content because they have shown interest in it in the past. The same works vice-versa in that if you don't typically engage with a profile you are going to see less of its content. Don't worry about over posting because the algorithm is ensuring that the people who want to see your content see it, and the others do not.
