If it is due to malformed ear you need to correct it.If its a simple thing like wax need to clean it.There could be infection or foreign bodies in the ear.It can be treated by antibiotics and removing foreign bodies respectively.If there is hole in ear drum it can be repaired by microscopic surgery.If there are adenoids or tumors they can be removed easily.Surgically most of the conductive hearing loss can be corrected.
