Are you getting back in the gym after quarantine? In this video, I'll take you through a complete workout you can use to ease yourself back into a workout routine after lockdown.
This is just to get yourself back in shape. This is not an all-out workout. We're simply focusing on a full-body workout to get you used to working out again and go through the motions. What you'll find is that your body will soon get used to working out again without getting injured.
Full Workout:
- Light Cardio Warm-Up 10 Mins
- Lat Pull-Down 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Shoulder Press 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Horizontal Row 3-4 Sets of 10-15 Reps
- Chest Press 3-4 Sets of 10-15 Reps
- Leg Press 3-4 Sets of 10-15 Reps
- Cool Down Cardio 10 Mins
