At a press conference with Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki at the Polish Mission to the EU in Brussels, the Prime Minister said after the European Council summit had agreed on the Union’s long-term budget and the associated recovery package.
In his words, the debate was not just about the rule of law mechanism, it was about the future of the European Union. The agreement also made it clear that the European Union is a community and an alliance of nations and states.
