Czech foreign policy is often perceived as unclear because Czech national interests have not been sufficiently defined. The stances of the head of state and government frequently diverge. We are unable to effectively lobby for our interests and unable to retain our world-renowned personalities in the state services. Furthermore, the changes in the diplomatic course are not adequately explained to the public.
What agenda should the new government adopt? What measures could be taken to encourage more unity?
