Ingredients:
1 cups rolled oats
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
4 cups water
Instructions (juice strainer):
Soak oats in filtered water for 2-4 hours.
Strain.
Add 4 cups of fresh filtered water, ratio is 1:4 oats to water.
Mix vanilla extract and salt into the bowl of oats
Using the juice strainer on your Nama juicer, start spooning oats into the juicer
- you can spoon the oats and water together
- leave spout closed to allow mixing
When the chamber is full, open the spout and enjoy.
