Just-add-water Applesauce Muffins
2c. Flour
1tsp. Baking soda
1/2 tsp. each cinnamon & salt
1/4 tsp each nutmeg & allspice
3/4c. Sugar
1/4c. Scrambled egg powder
2 Tbsp instant milk
1/4c. Butter Powder
3/4 c. Applesauce powder

Layer ingredients in a wide mouth quart jar in the order listed. Alternatively, you can whisk all together in a bowl then add to the jar. For longer storage, vacuum seal.
To prepare, dump jar into mixing bowl and whisk till well combined. Add 2 cups cold water and mix till blended. Divide between 12 muffin tins. Bake @350° for 20 minutes or until done
*Make these into Mini muffins and bag them up and freeze them for an easy school snack for the kiddos!
