A simple and colorful recipe!
Ingredients:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Ginger, finely chopped - 2 tbsp
Spring Onions - 2
Onions, finely chopped - 1 cup
French Beans, finely chopped - 1 cup
Carrots, finely chopped - 1 cup
Red Cabbage, finely chopped - 2 cups
Mixed Bell Peppers, finely chopped - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp
Cooked rice - 3 cups
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tsp
Instructions:
1. Add oil to a pan and add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute. Add spring onion bulbs and cook for another minute.
2. Add onions and cook till onions turn pink. Add beans and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add red cabbage and cook for 2 minutes. Add the bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, red chili, schezwan sauce and mix.
5. Add the rice and mix till well combined. Add vinegar and mix.
6. Serve hot.
