Two barrel bombs were seen dropping on a town in rebel-held northwestern Syria, Thursday, December 19, killing at least one person, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
Video released on the internet by the civil defense group, known as the White Helmets, reportedly showed some of its members taking cover as the bombs explode over the town of Tel Mardikh.
The war observer reported a man was killed in the town after Russian air strikes. It said two others were killed in the Idlib region on Thursday, one woman in Deil Sonbol and a child in Maarrat Al-Nu'man. (Reuters)
