During our tour to Hunza Gilgit-Baltistan I got to try traditional Chapshoro and Mamtu. I filmed it to show you how its actually made. CHAP SHORO has minced meat filling with different spices and is cooked without any oil until done. MAMTU is traditional dumpling or momos that is filled with minced meat and then steamed. Then its topped with spice and vinegar.
