Basic Step to do singing practice & Maditation.
1. Find a clam place & sit straight.
2. Take 5 to 10 times deep breathing.
3. Focus on the sound.
4. Match your voice by saying (OM/Humm or Sa)
5. Try to first position your note correctly for 15 mints.
6. Now start pushing the same note with stability.
7. Try to maximum your breath and sing along till the breath end's repeat the siycle.
8. Tanpura C# 30. Mints practice daily.
9. Keep yourself relaxed by the seeing visuals in the video. It will help you to smile and practice session.
10. And keep your room lights dim as much possible while doing this prectice 👍

Tanpura discretion...
The tanpura (तानपूरा; or tambura) is a long-necked plucked string instrument, originating from India, found in various forms in Indian music. It does not play melody but rather supports and sustains the melody of another instrument or singer by providing a continuous harmonic bourdon or drone. A tanpura is not played in rhythm with the soloist or percussionist: as the precise timing of plucking a cycle of four strings in a continuous loop is a determinant factor in the resultant sound, The combined sound of all strings, each string a fundamental tone with its own spectrum of overtones, supports and blend with the external tones sung or played by the soloists.
