The fourth generation of the Honda Pilot, completely redesigned, is the largest and most powerful ever. Manufactured and designed in the United States, the new Honda Pilot lineup starts with the well-equipped Sport version. It is powered by the all-new 3.5-liter V6 engine from Honda, offered for the first time on the Pilot, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission specially developed for this model. This combination provides a smooth and responsive driving experience with 285 horsepower at 6,100 rpm and 262 lb-ft of torque at 5,000 rpm (SAE net for both). Furthermore, a standard downhill speed limiter system enhances the off-road capabilities of the Pilot.

The new Pilot TrailSport brings even more off-road capabilities to the lineup with an adventure-tuned suspension, increased ground clearance of 25mm, tough steel protection plates to safeguard the undercarriage from trail damage, and improved all-wheel-drive capabilities. It's also the first Honda SUV equipped with all-terrain tires, providing better off-road grip. The TrailSport's 18-inch wheels feature a rugged design specially crafted to withstand the demands of the trails.

The Pilot also features the second-generation award-winning Honda i-VTM4 torque vectoring system, standard on all versions. This enhanced i-VTM4 system includes a reinforced rear differential capable of handling 40% more torque, while providing a 30% faster response, thus optimizing traction in all driving conditions, especially on slippery surfaces and off-road.
