One in the pink box on the first train cart, one from the Bianco Billy on the second train cart, and last one in one of the safes on the third train cart. It should be a no-brainer that you are holding down the SLOW button for the majority of the part.
{Alastor} - He has a stinger attack, air raid, multiple swords, and some floating electric thingys which act as stage hazards. All can be avoided if you stay aggressive towards him. Give him no opportunity to attack. As you can see, it's very easy to loop him in the same pattern over and over again. If he's out of reach, use SLOW Voomerang to get him down.
