In this video i will be showing you how to make chicken Madeira!
INGREDIENTS
2 large chicken breasts (halves and pounded to 1/4 inch thick)
1/2 cup flour
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pound asparagus
16 oz mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
5 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 yellow onion ( diced very finely)
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 Stick unsalted butter
3 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup heavy creamy
1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
