Werdenberg is a beautiful, historical village near Buchs, Switzerland in St. Gallen Rhine Valley which is right over the eastern border of Switzerland to Liechtenstein. The small town of Werdenberg belongs to the municipality of Grabs and lies 0.5 km west of Buchs. It boasts about 55-60 inhabitants, making it the smallest town in Switzerland. This is an unexpected side trip of my travel to Liechtenstein and a wonderful trip indeed. It is very relaxing to walk around the Werdenberg Lake even though it rained a bit.
