47 Minute Sculpted Arms & Abs Pilates Workout | New 7-Day Sculpted Arms & Abs Challenge on Soul Sync Body
Hi loves, happy Friday!
Over the summer, I have gotten SO many requests and comments about my fitness routine such as how I prepped for my wedding, how I gained more muscle, and specifically how I worked on my upper body and arms. Therefore, I have decided to launch a new challenge on Soul Sync Body giving you a 7-day program to follow along with upper-body focused workouts that are designed to tone and sculpt your arms and core! These are some of my favorite exercises that I always go back to in my fitness journey because they are a great balance of both fundamental and dynamic pilates movements to give you diversity in your workouts.
