येसरी बनाउनुहोस खसीको मासु धेरै मीठो हुन्छ: #TiharSpecial
2 tbsp mustard oil
Cloves, balck and green cardamoms, cinnamon stick
Bay leaves
1 medium sized chopped onion
Add 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder
½ kg Mutton
Salt as per the taste
Add 2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp black pepper powder
Add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes
1 tsp red chili powder
Add 1 ½ cup warm water
Again, add Chopped cilantro
