Ingredients
Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoon
Chopped spring onion leaves - 200 grams
Besan - 100 grams
Rice flour - 50 grams
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped green chilli - 2
Chopped coriander - 25 grams
Water - 150 ml
Cooking oil - 500 ml
Preparation
In a pan dry roast coriander seeds. Transfer to a grinder and grind. In a mixing bowl add chopped spring onion leaves, ground coriander, besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, baking soda, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander and water in parts. Mix well. Roll out portions into patties and deep dry until golden brown.
