Hello everyone!
Welcome to my channel. Today I am going to show you how to make 3d outliners or puffy paints tubes at home. we all buy these readymade outliers in plastic bottles. But they dry up so fast and clogs very easily. That's why it is better to make them at home. If they clog up or don’t work properly you can make one more cone and transfer the paint in the new one. They are so easy to make and super cheap too. I have already made a video on how to make acrylic cones for dot painting. You can watch that video also on the link given in the description.
