This video will show you how to solder 0402 SMD resistors by hand using a soldering iron.
I recommend a chisel tip BC2, see recommended soldering iron link below.
The soldering iron temperature was set to 300C, and the flux used is ChipQuik NoClean 30cc Syringe.
