A well positioned and well presented 3-bedroom villa in a large plot with a private swimming pool, less than 200m from the beach. Tastefully furnished by the friendly owners, this villa offers excellent family accommodation with a range of amenities within short walking distance. The well-tended garden has a large lawned area for the children to run about.

GROUND FLOOR
- Lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, CD player, DVD Player, 32" LCD TV (local channels). Open plan into the kitchen/dining area, patio door access to pool terrace
- Well equipped kitchen, electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Dining area overlooking the pool and terrace, through access patio doors.
- Bedroom with en-suite bathroom - double bed, A/C unit, direct access to the pool area via patio doors.
FIRST FLOOR
- Bedroom - double bed, A/C unit, access to balcony with sea views
- Bathroom - bath with shower over, WC, Washbasin
- Bedroom - Twin beds, A/C unit, access to balcony with sea views.
-Ample wardrobe space in all bedrooms.
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms which can be used for heating for the cooler months.
- The villa comfortably sleeps 6 adults but if required an extra bed can be provided at no extra cost.
OUTDOORS
- Swimming pool 8m x 4m, ladder access. Can be illuminated at night.

The pool is surrounded by paved and grass areas with plenty of room for young children to run around.
A rocky beach is about 200 m away and is good for snorkelling. If you are after a sandy beach then there are a few choices within short driving distance. Also within a 1 km radius (walking distance) you will find a number of shops and restaurants. The large resort of Kato Paphos is only about 3 km away along the Tombs of the Kings road, and the resort of Coral Bay is about 7 km away. A frequent bus service runs from the top of the road (about 700m). Although it is possible to cope without a car we would suggest that car hire would enhance your holiday enjoyment.
