A day before the New Year, Leo, Tig, their friends and other taiga dwellers build a snow statue of the Blizzard so that on the New Year’s night the Blizzard would come and make festive fireworks in the forest. The next day, a cone hockey tournament is held in the forest. Leo and Tig make it to the finals – something they’ve been dreaming about for a long time. Meanwhile, the snow statue is threatened by a giant snow ball that’s got stuck on the mountain slope.
