In this video we are giving vada pav a healthy twist. Healthy vada pav is very healthy and delicious. Vada pav quesadilla recipe is a Indian twist to a very famous Mexican dish.
INGREDIENTS
4 boiled potatoes
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
6-7 curry leaves
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp ginger n garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
MINT CHUTNEY RECIPE
15 to 20 mint leaves
1 small bunch corriander
1 green chilli ( add more for spicy)
2 - 3 garlic cloves
1 tsp jeera
salt to taste
(blend everything into a fine paste)
PEANUT AND GARLIC CHUTNEY
5 tbsp roasted peanuts
4-5 kashmiri red chillis
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
(blend everything without adding water )
