Former White House and CIA official Sue Mi Terry has been indicted for allegedly acting as an unregistered agent for South Korea in exchange for luxury goods. Terry, who worked under Presidents Bush and Obama, is accused of advocating South Korean policies and sharing nonpublic U.S. information. She denies the charges. Currently a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, Terry has been placed on unpaid leave amid the ongoing investigation.
