This video shows how to create a bloom. I demonstrate how I layer my color paints on a pillow of white base paint and then add a cell activator on top. After that, I used a NEW tool to blow the cell activator across the paint colors creating some cells. I then took a skewer to modify the paint adding swirls to it. Once I have finished with that I spin it out to help stretch the paint evenly. Awesome Fluid Art!
