Melovino Meadery is run by Sergio Moutela in Vauxhall, NJ. Melovino is not only one of the first meaderies in the US, but it is also regarded as one of the best. Sergio's passion for the art of mead making has led him to devise a protocol to improve fermentation and aging that most professional mead makers now follow. Sergio focuses on both session and full-strength meads, using different processes for both categories. He is also a great graphic designer who does most of Melovino's labels and artwork.
