Madain Saleh is arguably the greatest attraction (non-religious) for tourists visiting Saudi Arabia. Located close to the small northern town of Al Ula, this was the second largest city built by the Nabataeans after Petra over 2000 years ago. Its 131 tombs carved into the free standing rock of the Arabian desert is a sight to behold.
