BLACK PEPPER PULAO RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Mutton boiled 1 kg
Salt 1 ½ tsp heaped
Black pepper 1 ½ tsp
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Oil ¾ cup
Potatoes boiled and fried 3
Eggs boiled 2
Brown onion 1 cup
Saffron ½ tsp soaked in ½ cup milk
Kewra 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 ½ cup
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Allspice 1 ½ tsp
Sela rice soaked 750 gm
Pulao masala as required
METHOD :
Boil mutton in 2 cups of water till nearly done. Heat oil, add ginger garlic, and boiled mutton, fry for 5 mins, remove from heat, add in yogurt, salt, pepper, allspice, brown onion, and fried potatoes, stir well, and spread boiled rice on top of it, pour ¼ cup ghee or oil over the rice, sprinkle with saffron milk, cover and cook for 15 mins on low flame.
