Minister of State for Home Affairs, Nityanand Rai in South Kashmir's Anantnag district warned terrorists to surrender or to face consequences. He said India is now living with a zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism. "This is PM Modi's India. Either you (terrorists) will go to hell, or you will be buried 7 feet below the ground.
