Transcription: Do this next step on the side the body that has lymphedema. This will help redirect lymph fluid from the hip area to the underarm. Depending on how comfortable you are, you can do this technique sitting or standing. Pam will demonstrate while seated. Place the hand on the hip on the side of the body that has lymphedema.
