From faster recovery times to increased endurance, a vegan diet has proven to have numerous benefits for athletes. I choose to use footage from the acclaimed documentary "The Game Changers," which features vegan athletes and highlights the benefits of a plant-based diet for athletic performance, as over 3 years ago it was the initial inspiration for me personally to not just go on my own vegan, plant-based journey but to learn more about nutrition and now to even study Clinical Nutrition.
