This tutorial is to refill the "non-refillable" roller stamps made by "PLUS Guard Your ID". It is not for a refillable roller stamp which has.a refill hole in the middle of the roller.

The Plus Stamp non-refillable has a removable cartridge. The cartridge is not refillable and will cost $8. If you cut the stamp core open. You can see there is a sponge cylinder. A layer of rubber covers the sponge.
