2021 is here! A new beginning, a new start from what the world had in 2020 due to covid-19 (coronavirus).
A few small changes that can get you started with your new year's resolutions can always lead you into a better self improved version of yourself.
Kindly start by making a few changes in your lifestyle-such as :
1. Start with identifying the problem, Analyzing it, and make changes accordingly. (To start with-you can start with YouTube being your best friend-to provide you free knowledge and guidance).
2. Start easy-don't be too harsh on yourself.
3. Enjoy being yourself-Admire and love yourself-before you expect the world to do so.
4. Start with little things-you can start with enjoying nature and your surroundings-that will reduce your complaining nature and help you achieve happiness and focus on your goals-instead of being pulled down by negative thoughts (that lead to negative energy being generated)-so avoid that and be positive.
5. start a new hobby.
6. Workout (even if for 5 minutes)/Meditate everyday (just spend 5 minuted to get started with yourself in silence.
7. Forgiveness can bring you really positive results for yourself-and allow your positive energy to take control over yourself. So forgive anyone and everyone-make it a habit.
8. quit bad habits (even if it is reaching out for your social media every 5 minutes-whatever small habit you thing is taking away your energy-to be put to better use-just identify and take small steps to improve around that area.
9. Get enough sleep (also deep sleep is important)-keep technology away while you sleep/turn down notifications while you sleep-and notice the difference.
10. Live and Let live.
11. Listen to your favorite music (get good headphones and spend some time listening to something that you love to listen (we have some relaxation videos too-just search for Relaxation celebration on YouTube or subscribe to our channel :-)
12. Give positive signals to the universe. The universe returns you what you ask for-so always think positive and ask for positive things.
14. Reduce technology time (if it is just a habit to check your social media accounts for every notification). you can start by turning off notifications that you don't involve too much with.
15. Drink a lot of water (keep yourself hydrated)-and make it a habit.
16. Preserve nature and reduce your carbon footprint (so that climate change impact is reduced) and more oxygen gets circulated in environment.
17. Read some books (if you don't read at all-you can start with 1 book a month-any motivational writer will do).
18. Get some family time-that can be close friends or family. Spend time with them.
Small changes that can start bringing major positive changes in your life. Just look at it as working for 1 minute on yourself a day-can bring 365 minutes of time spent n your self improvement in an year. So without any further ado-lets get started today :)
