Ingredients & Instructions:
- Detach crab claws from body (this recipe calls for 4 Dungeness crabs)
- Sauté 2 tbsp of minced garlic with 2tbsp of oil on medium high heat
- Add sliced ginger & green onions or chives as preferred
- Sauté for 2-3 mins
- Add 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1.5 tbsp of granulated chicken powder
- 2 tbsp of Pantai Chili Paste
- 3 tbsp of aroyd_official Panang Curry Paste (Red curry paste as a substitute)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp @leekumkeeusa oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- Add water to match desired consistency
- Kroeung is optional (Cambodian Lemongrass Paste)
- Transfer crab into the stock
- 2 tbsp chili oil (optional)
- Simmer on med/high heat (covered for 7-10 mins)
